• In stock items will ship immediatley. Items not in stock may take between 2-10 weeks to arrive. We will notify you about these dates.

  Please remember that all shipping time frames are estimates and although we do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, sometimes issues may arise that are out of our hands.

  When we process your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We ship most packages through UPS Ground. Some smaller packages may ship USPS. Shipping to Post Office Boxes is not available through UPS Ground. Please provide the physical address for delivery.

• Our merchandise is of a custom nature and therefore all sales are final. Please make any and all inquiries prior to placing an order. In the event of defective merchandise, please contact us at bluespringshome@gmail.com

  Special order bedding is non-returnable. Please read our return policy for specifics on what is and isn’t returnable.

  If an item received is defective, it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  Customers returning any products will need to get a pre-authorization first and will receive store credit or exchange only. Please refer to our return policy section for more information.
